Technological process
1. construction condition
1.1 rigid foam construction equipment: American Gusmer Company FF-1600, H-2000; American Glas Company MINI-II, etc.
1.2 elastomers construction equipment: American Gusmer Company H-2000、H-3500、H-20/35、FF-2500、FF-3500 etc.

2. Technological process
2.1 Calculation of raw material dosage
Confirm the dosage and cost of raw material according to the thickness and calculation method that the provider recommended.
2.2 Treatment for base level surface
Clear away the dust and lichen on the roof with high pressure water gun
Completely clear the dust, oil stain, water, etc. on the surface.
Clear the bulge and desquamation
Complment the crack with foam filler or polyurethane sealing material before construction.
2.3 Spray rigid foam
After a day of drying, spray polyurethane rigid foam first.
The thickness of spray should be below 25mm, try to reduce the layers of construction.
2.4 Spray elastomers
Spray elastomers at least 1 hour after spraying polyurethane rigid foam.
2.5 Spray protective coating (prevent yellow stain)
Spray protective coating on the next day of spraying elastomers
It only can be walked on 24 hours after spray
